Location: Silver Plaza“Argentina's contribution to the world of the blues,” Miguel Botafogo makes a triumphant return to the Silver Spring Swings stage, accompanied by Silver Spring's own internationally-acclaimed blues harmonica maestro Bruce Ewan. Botafogo has shared the stage with Eric Clapton, BB King, Albert King, Albert Collins and many other maestros of the blues pantheon. His firey blues guitar stylings have been heard around the world. Ewan & Botafogo tour together in South America frequently and have a new live CD recorded while on tour in Argentina, “Live in Rio IV.” This will be the blues show of the summer in Montgomery County, pairing the two masters with Ewan's terrific blues ensemble, The Solid Senders.
