No habla Espanol? Come celebrate anyway! You don’t have to speak Spanish to know that the Cinco de Mayo Street Festival at Downtown Silver Spring means: Come have a good time! The lifestyle center and Austin Grill at Silver Spring announced today that they will host the inaugural Downtown Silver Spring Cinco de Mayo street festival.
Highlights of the planned festival include:

• Los Del Barrio mariachi band
• Maru Montero Dance Company
• A live Salsa band at Ceviche

• Authentic Mexican cuisine
• The Austin Grill Patio beer garden
• Stadium buckets with refreshments

• Raffle for a guitar and other prizes

In addition to the planned festivities, those who enter the “Free Tex-Mex for a Year” contest at Austin Grill’s Silver Spring location will find out who the winner is during the May 5 festivities. The Tex-Mex contest is currently being offered at each of the seven Austin Grill locations and runs through May 4. Winners must be present to claim their prize.
