Well Senator Hogwash doesn't believe it can, and wants things to stay the way they are. Faced with a difficult decision on how to vote for an Environmental bill; he doesn't see possible repercussions of his inaction. Enter a MI-6 Agent with a time machine at his disposal to let the Senator see, from a variety of perspectives, what the future will bring.
