Shop at Whole Foods and Support Local Farmland Dear Friend of Smart Growth, On July 8, 5% of the revenue at all four Montgomery County Whole Foods will be donated to our partner organization, Montgomery Countryside Alliance. Help MCA promote and protect Montgomery's Agricultural Reserve by supporting the Whole Foods 5% Day. You can shop, volunteer, or help to spread the word.

	1. SHOP Buy groceries at your favorite Montgomery Whole Foods on Tuesday, July 8th and 5 % of your grocery purchase will be donated to MCA. We’ll have food tastings, activities for children and lots of information about local farms.
	2. VOLUNTEER We need lots of volunteers for two-hour shifts between 10:00am-8:00pm. Volunteers are needed to hand out our Agricultural Resource Guide, bag groceries, run kids’ games and talk with shoppers about rural Montgomery County. Kids aged 8 and up are welcome. Email Chad Woodworth to sign up!
	3. SPREAD THE WORD Tell all your friends, families and neighbors that they should shop at Whole Foods on July 8.
