For Students Grades 5 - 7
Every day, students will create a new world-from the Rainforest to Candyland-through visual arts and then inhabit it through creative dramatics. Students learn the building blocks of theatrical design and performance while investigating, making, and playing in the destinations.
Work intimately with three professional theatre directors on staging, character creation, and scene study.
Under the guidance, experience, and expertise of our faculty, participants will learn a vocabulary and skill set for creating and performing fully-realized characters through improvisation and monologue and scene study.
