Taste of Jerusalem Opened in April of 2006 in downtown Silver Spring. Owned and Operating by Former Chief of the American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem Kamal Hawa. Mr.Hawa worked for over 30 years in the restaurant and hotel industry everywhere from the Red Sea to all over Europe and Greece. The Restaurant seats over 100 people and is available for private parties. The restaurant was award 3 out of 4 stars from the Washington Post.
