On Monday, September 8, Montgomery County's Silver Spring Commuter Express Store will be getting a new name – TRiPS – and a new location at 8413 Ramsey Avenue.  TRiPS stands for “Transportation Resources, Information and Places to See”

Soon, Silver Spring will have a brand new state-of-the-art transit facility, the Silver Spring Transit Center (SSTC).  In preparation, the former Silver Spring Commuter Express Store has a new name, a new look and a new convenient location to assist you with your commute.

Existing transit system riders, new riders and visitors will receive assistance when purchasing fare media or making connections to regional public transportation.  And our walk-up window and accessible rampe allow for quick and easy service.
