Velatis produces over twenty varieties of chewy and sugary styles of caramel candies made from Old European recipes. Vanilla and chocolate caramels are made with and without nuts and marshmallow centers. Seasonal varieties include raspberry, black cherry brandy, crème de menthe, pumpkin spice, key lime and eggnog.
Velatis sugary caramels are like an old fashion fudge, you bite into them and they crumble and melt in your mouth. The chewy variety is a traditional chewy and sticks to your teeth when chewing the caramel.
