Einstein High School Wins Borders/JazzTimes Trophy
The winner of the 2006 Borders/JazzTimes Trophy at the Silver Spring Jazz Festival was the Albert Einstein High School Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Joan Rackey. The Jazz Ensemble featured vocal soloist, Tina Termini whose outstanding performance got the crowd warmed up for the full day of great jazz in downtown Silver Spring
