New Apartment Complex Opens

NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX OPENS IN SOUTH SILVER SPRING - FEATURES PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE In March of this year, a new parking garage opened up underneath of the Galaxy Apartments, in Silver Spring.  The Galaxy Apartments were recently completed on top of the 368 space garage.  The garage has 160 public spaces and 208 private spaces for residents to use.  Parking rates at the new public garage are 75 cents an hour for short-term parking and 60 cents an hour for long-term parking of more than four hours. The Galaxy Apartments were developed by RST Development in collaboration with the County’s Housing Opportunities Commission, the Department of Housing and Community Affairs, and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.  More HERE.
