NEW SIDEWALK ON DALE DRIVE FROM MANSFILED ROAD TO HARTFORD AVENUE "This project encompasses the construction of a five-foot wide sidewalk, approximately 1,900 linear feet long, along the north side of Dale Drive as well as curb and gutter between Mansfield Road and Hartford Avenue. This project also includes the installation of retaining walls, and water mains, partial removal/installation of stairways, driveways. ...
Additionally, upgrades (removal, replacement and new installation) to the existing storm drain system will take place, as well as the installation of the Stormceptor® for stormwater treatment system. The Stormceptor® system is a water quality treatment device used to remove pollutants from storm water run-off. The relocation and installation of water mains, sewer mains, and service connections will also be completed in accordance with Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) plans and specifications.
Homeowners will be informed in advance by WSSC regarding outages of water and sewer services during water and sewer main replacement/relocation and tieins. Also, WSSC staff will maintain contact with the affected homeowners during service outage." ... For more info e-mail HERE.
