Senior Care offers support to older adults living at home

The Senior Care Program is a state-funded grant that helps seniors live in the comfort of their own homes, with family, or in other community settings. Senior Care provides an array of services depending on each person’s needs: help with personal care; chore services; home delivered meals; emergency response systems; adult day care; transportation to medical appointments; medication reimbursement; medical supplies; and more. To be eligible, one must be 65 years of age or older; reside in Montgomery County; have limited financial resources; and need assistance with daily activities.
