The Windows on Arts Alley were designed in coordination with the revitalizing of an alley into a pedestrian friendly outdoor markets and restaurants. The structures reflect the industrial history of the area with the new bright colors of the future. From the light of the sun the colored resin reflects Mondrian type patterns onto the walls and paving of the alley.
