The inaugural Storm Drain Art Contest seeks to use art to educate the public about the connection between our storm drains, streams and the Bay. We’re looking for artists, age 13 and above, to submit original pieces of art focused on educating about water quality, storm drains, pollution and our streams. The art will be used to paint storm drains in the County. View pictures of storm drain art currently installed at the Aspen Hill Library and the Kensington Park Library in our photo set below. The photo album also includes images of how storm drain art is installed. The three winners will see their art painted on storm drains in the County on Earth Day 2015! More info HERE.
